Dread winds howl amid wizened and bare branches, and a cold November rain beats down from a low slate sky; as days darken and bitter nights lengthen, the villagers shutter themselves inside, close to the hearth, away from the dismal threat of Winter descending over the earth.

Against the drear loomings, the Voice of the Forest booms: SUMMON THE PRINCE.

———For the third year running, the Mount Royal Game Society is teaming up with the Eastern Bloc New Media production & exhibition centre to bring some love and resplendence to the grey November days. Say it together now:

THE PRINCE OF ARCADE IS BACK!We’re packing the whole gallery full of projectors, arcade cabs, and controllers to showcase some of the wonderfully creative offerings that are about to hit the indie gaming scene. Gaming vets and newcomers alike are invited to come and sample the eclectic array — from blisteringly-competitive action games, to contemplative musical installations. Join us for a multi-sensory soirée of mystical and mythical dimensions, as we paint the walls with wonder and fill the night with song.
